Yesterday, I went into MG Hearing in Vaughan to get fitted with my new Phonak Infinio Audeo Sphere i90 hearing aids. This was after going in for a full hearing test. Irena had submitted the necessary paperwork to my doctor and to OHIP on my behalf. The new hearing aids were fitted and “fine-tuned” for my unique hearing loss. Irena took her time to make sure everything worked correctly and to my satisfaction. She then took the time to explain the various functions of the hearing aids and how to pair to my phone (which I inadvertently left at home 😟). My wife and I, together with friends went out for dinner to a noisy restaurant and for the first time in a long time, could engage in conversations without the usual “what did you say”. I can objectively “highly recommend” MG Hearing and Irena in particular. I’ve been dealing with MG Hearing for over an 10 years and have been very happy and satisfied with their care and service.

Excellent experience. I was given an appointment for a hearing test for the same morning. Irena was the Hearing Instrument Specialist that saw me. She was patient, non-rushed and very knowledgeable.
